2022 Shutdown

In October 2022, News4JAX reported that a disturbance at St. Johns Youth Academy led the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice to shut down the facility, transfer youths, and end its contract with Sequel TSI. The report said allegations had surfaced that staff were sexually involved with youths and allowed fights.
