St. Johns Youth Academy was a juvenile-justice residential facility in the St. Augustine area of Florida. News4JAX described it as a Department of Juvenile Justice program for high- and maximum-risk offenders ages 14 to 18.

In 2022, the facility was operated by Sequel TSI under a Florida Department of Juvenile Justice contract. The facility was located on Avenue D near St. Augustine.

The Florida Department of Juvenile Justice shut down St. Johns Youth Academy in October 2022 after a disturbance described as a riot situation and allegations involving staff sexual misconduct and youth-on-youth violence.
