Sequel TSI of Owens Cross Roads was a residential youth mental-health facility in Owens Cross Roads, Alabama. Public mental-health listings placed the facility at 318 Hamer Road and described it as a residential treatment center for children and adolescents (Mental Health Clinics, Mental Health Centers).

The facility was part of Sequel Youth and Family Services' Alabama network. APM Reports described Sequel as a for-profit youth-treatment operator that, amid abuse scandals and financial pressure, closed or sold many of its centers to a new company called Vivant Behavioral Healthcare (APM Reports).

WAFF reported in May 2022 that the Sequel TSI facility in Owens Cross Roads would close and reopen under a new name with new services. The report described the facility as long troubled and noted pending litigation connected to allegations at the site (WAFF).
