2024 Acquisition Announcement

In June 2024, Universal Health Services announced that Shannon Medical Center had signed an agreement to acquire River Crest Hospital from UHS. The announcement described River Crest as an 80-bed behavioral-health center that had served the San Angelo community for more than 30 years.
