River Crest Hospital

River Crest Hospital is an 80-bed behavioral-health hospital in San Angelo, Texas. It provides mental-health and substance-use treatment for children, adolescents, adults, and military members.

The hospital offers inpatient psychiatric services for children, adolescents, and adults, partial hospitalization for adults, intensive outpatient treatment for adolescents and adults, and inpatient substance-use treatment for adults. Its address is 1636 Hunters Glen Road.

River Crest was formerly part of Universal Health Services. In June 2024, UHS announced an agreement for Shannon Medical Center to acquire the hospital; Shannon now lists the site as Shannon River Crest Hospital.
