Maple Lake Academy is a Utah residential-treatment school associated with adolescent programs for students with autism spectrum, social-communication, and learning differences. The current Maple Lake Academy for Boys site describes a residential program for boys ages 12-17.

The school had operated separate boys and girls programming. In October 2024, The Salt Lake Tribune reported that Maple Lake Academy had closed its girls program after a regulatory dispute with Utah licensers.
