In April 2026, NL Times reported that the Dutch Health and Youth Care Inspectorate launched an investigation into Yes We Can Clinics after BOOS broadcast allegations from former clients and former employees. According to NL Times, Yes We Can Clinics apologized for experiences that young people described as painful or crossing boundaries and said it had contacted the inspectorate and would review its own methods (NL Times).
