Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch is a children's behavioral-health provider based in Billings, Montana. The organization operates psychiatric residential treatment on its Billings ranch campus and also describes therapeutic group homes and statewide community-based services.

The organization traces its beginning to 1956, when founder Franklin Robbie helped file articles of incorporation after observing boys held with adult offenders at the Montana State Industrial School. Yellowstone purchased its Billings ranch property soon afterward and admitted its first child in June 1957.

Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch now presents itself as a statewide continuum of care for children and families. Its public materials emphasize residential treatment for youth with trauma and mental-health needs, together with services intended to support children outside the campus setting.
