Wellspring & The Arch Bridge School is a nonprofit residential treatment and therapeutic education campus in Bethlehem, Connecticut. Wellspring operates adolescent and adult residential programs, while Arch Bridge School provides therapeutic education for students in grades 7-12.

According to Wellspring's history, Richard and Phyllis Beauvais founded the organization in 1977 after purchasing farmland in Bethlehem for a long-term residential treatment center. The organization describes its model as relational, restorative, and clinically structured, combining daily-life routines with individual, group, family, expressive, adventure, animal, and land-based programming.

The Arch Bridge School was founded in 1990 as Wellspring's private special education school. It serves residents from Wellspring's mental health residential programs for women and girls and day students of all genders from surrounding communities. The school describes its academic program as college preparatory and therapeutic, with certified teachers, clinicians, special education support, counseling groups, and transition planning with families and sending school districts.

The National Association of Therapeutic Schools and Programs lists Wellspring & The Arch Bridge School as a full member in the categories of residential treatment center, therapeutic day school, and young adult program. Wellspring states that it is accredited by The Joint Commission and NEASC, licensed by Connecticut state agencies, and approved by several northeastern states for educational placement.
