Turning Winds is a residential treatment center and therapeutic boarding school for adolescents in Troy, Montana. Its campus is located in northwestern Montana near the South Fork Yaak River and the Purcell Mountains, on more than 150 acres.

The program describes its work as residential treatment for teens with mental-health, behavioral-health, educational, and substance-use concerns. Its materials describe a model combining clinical care, academics, outdoor activities, family work, and longer residential stays.
