Triple Divide Lodge

Triple Divide Lodge was a Montana treatment program in Marion for adolescent males with substance-use and co-occurring concerns. It opened in 2021 as a 90-day program combining residential treatment with wilderness and adventure therapy.

All Kinds of Therapy described Triple Divide Lodge as a Montana-licensed inpatient chemical-dependency facility for young men ages 14 to 19. Treatment listings placed the program at 200 Hubbart Dam Road and later marked it closed.

North Carolina Health News reported in 2025 that Family Help & Wellness had closed Triple Divide Lodge in February 2024.
