Workplace-Safety Case

The U.S. Department of Labor announced in 2021 that a federal administrative law judge had affirmed a citation against Suncoast Behavioral Health Center after finding that the facility exposed employees to workplace violence hazards. The Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission later issued a 2023 decision involving UHS of Delaware, Inc. and Suncoast Behavioral Health Center, Inc. in the same workplace-safety matter.
