Second Nature Uintas is a Utah wilderness-therapy program based in Duchesne. The current Second Nature locations page describes students and staff moving seasonally between the High Uintas Mountains and the Uinta Basin.

Public advocacy summaries identify Second Nature Uintas as founded in 1998 and marketed for teenagers ages 13-17. The Association for Experiential Education lists Second Nature Uintas in Duchesne as an accredited outdoor behavioral-health program.
