2021-2022 residential-program closure and reopening

Rimrock Trails reported that its board and executive team closed the adolescent residential treatment program in August 2021 because of concerns about meeting state-required staff-to-client ratios and funding. In an April-May 2022 update, the organization announced that the program had reopened in Prineville.
