Optimum Performance Institute, often called OPI, is a young-adult residential treatment and transitional-living program in Woodland Hills, California. Its public materials describe care for young adults ages 17-28 who are navigating mental-health challenges, delayed independence, trauma, autism-spectrum concerns, borderline personality disorder, depression, anxiety, and related difficulties.
