2015 licensing injunction

In 2015, Ohio's Seventh District Court of Appeals approved an injunction allowing the state to close Ohio Wilderness Boys Camp until it obtained a child-care operating license. Court News Ohio reported that the dispute followed the camp's operation under a residential-camp permit while the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services argued that a separate license was required for caring for children.
