Mars Home for Youth is the former name of MHY Family Services, a nonprofit youth and family-services organization in Mars, Pennsylvania. MHY's organizational history states that the agency was reincorporated as Mars Home for Youth in 1996 and adopted the name MHY Family Services in 2012 as its community-services programs expanded (MHY Family Services).

The organization traces its campus history to 1929, when the agency purchased the Butler County estate it still occupies. Its current public materials describe individualized education programs and community services for youth and families, including Longmore Academy and in-home treatment programs (MHY Family Services, Longmore Academy).

MHY says it suspended residential programs during the COVID-19 pandemic and shifted resources toward community and school-based services intended to keep youth with families and in their communities.
