2022 Monitoring and Death Investigation

The Nevada Disability Advocacy and Law Center's fiscal year 2022 annual report said KW Legacy Ranch required monitoring and a death investigation. The report stated that monitoring suggested policy and training had addressed the resident death, while also saying concerns remained and further facility monitoring would continue (NDALC annual report).
