InnerRoads Wilderness Program was a wilderness-therapy program based in Missoula, Montana. A 2016 All Kinds of Therapy interview described InnerRoads as part of Youth Homes Montana and as a nonprofit wilderness program using a sliding fee scale for teens and families.

The interview described InnerRoads as operating in Montana wilderness areas during spring, summer, and fall, accepting students ages 13-17 for programs running from April through October. It described a nomadic model, small groups, a 1:2 staff-to-student ratio, and aftercare support.

In 2018, KTVH reported that Youth Homes had eliminated InnerRoads after state funding cuts. The report said longtime InnerRoads therapist Brie Shulman moved to form a new nonprofit after the Youth Homes program was dropped.
