Innercept was a residential mental health treatment program in northern Idaho serving adolescents and young adults. The program opened in 2004 and operated in the Coeur d'Alene and Hayden area, with a main address listed at 1115 North Ironwood Drive in Coeur d'Alene. Its official website later stated that Innercept had permanently closed and directed former clients to request records through an Altior Healthcare email address (Innercept; r/troubledteens wiki).

Listings and promotional materials described Innercept as a Joint Commission-accredited residential mental health program for clients ages 13 to 28, including adolescents ages 13 to 17 and young adults ages 18 to 28. The program advertised treatment for complex psychiatric and behavioral-health conditions, a minimum 90-day stay, and a continuum that included stabilization, intensive treatment, transition support, academics, and life-skills programming (All Kinds of Therapy; Recovery.com).

Innercept was founded by George Ullrich and Jami Sturges-Ullrich. A 2008 Spokesman-Review article cited by the r/troubledteens program entry reported that the proposed school was modeled after Rocky Mountain Academy, where George Ullrich had worked. Pine Tree Equity later described an investment in Innercept and identified the founders as continuing partners in the company before Innercept became associated with Altior Healthcare (r/troubledteens wiki; Pine Tree Equity).
