2021 APM Reports investigation

In March 2021, APM Reports published an investigation into Utah youth treatment oversight that included Havenwood Academy. The article described allegations that girls had been placed in horse troughs during equine-program interventions and reported that Utah licensing investigations did not result in penalties against the program. APM also reported that Havenwood's license remained in good standing at the time of publication (APM Reports).
