2024 lawsuit

In 2024, a federal court opinion in Whitcomb et al. v. InnerChange Chrysalis, LLC et al. described allegations that a staff member sexually abused students at Chrysalis School and that other staff allowed the abuse to continue. The case names InnerChange Chrysalis, CALO, and Solacium Holdings, which operates under the Embark Behavioral Health trademark (Justia).
