2010 Federal Funding Announcement

2020 Devereux Complaint

A 2020 civil complaint in Philadelphia County named Devereux Beneto Center, along with other Devereux-related entities, as defendants in a case brought by plaintiffs using pseudonyms. The complaint alleged sexual abuse when the plaintiffs were minors and sought damages from the Devereux defendants (civil complaint).

2023 Federal Class-Action Ruling

In January 2023, Courthouse News Service reported that a federal judge had denied Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health's bid to dismiss a class action brought by children alleging abuse at Devereux facilities in several states.
