2026 parity settlement

In March 2026, a federal court approved a $1.415 million class-action settlement in an ERISA mental-health parity case involving United Behavioral Health. The named plaintiff's dependent had been treated at Arivaca Boys Ranch, and the case challenged UBH's handling of coverage claims; it was not an abuse finding against the program (JML Law).
